At Translingua, we not only offer our own quality guarantee but are also certified in accordance with the ISO 17100 quality standard. The standard defines the requirements for all processes involved in the provision of translation services. For example, skills, technical resources, process stability, documentation and traceability are scrutinised. Although many translation service providers cite ISO standards as a quality reference, they do not undertake the audit and certification process. Translingua does: our work is audited annually by external experts at our office in Zurich. The result is that we are certified in accordance with ISO 17100, which not only stands for high-quality translations but is also a seal of quality for our professional language services such as editing, proofreading, transcription and copy-writing.
